This service also includes detailed Fixtures & Finishes specifications providing information regarding the materials, fixtures and finishes required to complete the vision for your new space. We curate all the key components for your project including wall, floor, ceiling, cabinetry and countertop finishes as well as plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories,lighting fixtures, furniture, rugs, decor and accessories.

Procurement (where applicable).  At Jack Creasy Design, the journey of transforming your space continues even after the final design is approved. Our dedicated in-house procurement team steps in to meticulously bring your design from paper to reality.

Our procurement process is seamless and tailored. Once you’ve given the nod to the final design, our team takes charge of procuring every element that will inhabit your space. From luxurious furnishings to elegant fixtures and unique accessories, we handle every detail with precision and care.

Quality is at the heart of our procurement process. We source from trusted suppliers, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our team meticulously reviews each piece, ensuring it aligns with the design specifications and your expectations.

We strive to make the procurement process as streamlined and stress-free for you as possible. Our team manages all the logistics, from ordering to delivery, ensuring that each piece arrives on time and in perfect condition. During this phase in your project, our in-house design execution and procurement team work collaboratively  to conduct regular site visits to monitor your project,the design intent, project progress and to address issues as they arise. We handle all aspects of ordering and logistics, coordinating deliveries to your project site at the optimal time. We also host formal meetings on-site with contractors and trades to resolve issues as required.

Depending on the scale and intricacy of your project, our expert design team dedicates 1 to 5+ days to meticulously install all the art, furnishings, and accessories. This phase is where our collaborative vision comes to life, creating a space that is a true reflection of your style and aspirations.
